Welcome to Ellie’s Treasures. I’ve had a passion for all things creative since I can remember, dabbling in this and that throughout my life. Everything I make for Ellie’s Treasures is hand sewn with a lot of care. Ideas are sketched out first, thought through and altered before the materials are chosen, hand cut and then sewn with embellishments being added as the new item comes together. I feel there is something very lovely about an item made by hand. May be it’s the notion that it’s unique and carefully finished, perhaps a little uneven in places, and always the knowledge that no two items will be exactly the same. Shop Policies:

Payment: through Paypal at time of sale please (unless you require postal insurance or an item to be mailed overseas, then please contact me before you pay). It's very easy and safe to set up an account but if you'd prefer not to do this, you may still use your credit or debit card to pay for goods through Paypal.

UK Shipping:

Products are carefully wrapped and sent 1st class by Royal Mail and I obtain a Certificate of Posting for all packages. If you would prefer to pay for additional postal insurance please contact me before you pay so I may update the invoice with the additional cost. I am keen to recycle and will re-use padded bags for mailing goods should they be available. If you'd prefer an unused padded bag please let me know at time of sale.

Overseas Shipping:

I’m happy to mail goods abroad too. As it can be difficult to work out accurate shipping fees for each area of the world, please do contact me before purchase to get an actual shipping quote, I can then update your invoice before payment is made. Any customs fees or taxes will need to be paid by you.

Returns:

Please remember all items are handmade and individual and I try to give as good a description with clear photos for each product. Sometimes it can be extremely difficult to show the exact colours of an item through photos and computer screens seem to vary in how they display colours too. If you are not completely happy with your new purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and I'll offer a full refund once I've safely received the item(s) back (return postage to be paid by you unless the item is faulty). The item(s) will need to be in original, unused condition and with all packaging.

I am more than happy to make something to your requirements and will liaise with you at every step.
