My name is Lisa and I sell unique handmade jewellery and accessories here on Folksy - designed and made by myself. All my pieces are 'one of a kind' and so when you buy from me you can be assured that it will be totally individual to you.

I like to use a variety of materials in my Jewellery including semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals and unusual beads, some of which are sourced overseas.

Delivery
UK Postage & Packaging is a flat rate of £1.50, no matter how many items you buy. (Please see individual items for overseas P&P prices). All items are packaged in a pretty organza gift bag. Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days after your cleared paypal payment using Royal Mail Second Class post. Proof of posting will be obtained from the Post Office.

Returns Information
I hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If you are not completely happy, then first of all please contact me within 7 days. I will then arrange for you to return the unworn item in its original packaging and condition for a refund (less any p&p). Unfortunately though, for hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if faulty.
