Hello I am dawn. I create lovely gifts and art beads using polymer clay, but also enjoy illustration and graphic design.

I have followed the creative route all my life choosing art 'A' levels, Art and Design Foundation, and then finally graduated with a BA Hons Graphic Design from Staffordshire University. I spent a few years working as a bookseller (books are my other great love) and a few years working as a graphic designer, and as much as I still love graphics and continue with it freelance, I decided I wanted my work to be a little more eclectic, so took the plunge and stated my own little business. I hope you can love it as much as I do :)

The Formal Bit:

All transactions are subject to UK law.

All payments are made via Paypal.

All items should be paid for within 7 days of order, and items will be dispatched within 1-3 days on clearance of payment.

Goods will be sent out using 1st class Royal Mail . Items will be delivered to the address given on the Paypal receipt. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that this correct. Items returned through non-delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

If goods should fail to arrive it should be reported within 28 days, allowing enough time for delivery and enquiries by Royal Mail.

I hope you are happy with your goods, but if not I am happy to find an appropriate solution, make an exchange, or offer a return, providing you contact me via email at dawn(at)dawnbevins.co.uk or via Folksy message within 7 days of the receipt of goods, stating the reason why you are unhappy with the product.

Returns: If goods are returned, they should be in their original condition with original packaging, and be sent within 14 days of the email/message acknowledgment, for a full refund of receipt. Please do not return goods until you have first contacted me.

I will be unable to refund any shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To ensure the safety of the delivery I would recommend using a trackable service, as dawn bevins design will not be responsible for items that go missing on their return .

Cancellations: You are entitled to cancel your order. Please let me know within 7 days, and return the item within 14 days of receipt, in original condition with original packaging for a full refund of receipt.

Return postage will NOT be refunded for cancellations.
