I love sourcing and recycling interesting vessels for the soy wax container candles, mostly from charity shops which means that if you purchase a candle you're being charitable and environmentally friendly- everyone's a winner!

I only use soy wax. It is a natural, plant based wax processed from natural soya bean oil. It produces a clean flame that has less soot & co2 emissions than other waxes, making it an eco friendly choice for you home. Soy wax has a low melting point which is safer and also aids scent throw when burning. Soy wax is easily cleaned with warm soapy water.

I have product and public liability insurance which covers my candles!

PAYMENT
Via paypal only. Paypal allows you to pay via debit/credit card too, so don't worry if you don't have an account.

DELIVERY
Delivery should be within 3-5 working days, and will be via recorded mail. I always send the items recorded for both mine and the buyers peace of mind.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be totally happy with your purchase and I only sell items in a condition I would be happy to receive myself.
If however for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase then a full refund will be given on the item price AND postage: once the item has been returned to me unused and in a resellable condition. As the buyer you will be responsible for the postage costs incurred whilst returning the item. This must be done within 14days of receipt of your order.
If you are returning an item that has been broken during the delivery stage (this has not happened to date as I package my candles very well) I would apprecaite if you could photograph the damage and contact me.
