I've been making pots since 1982, when I discovered the world of ceramics at my local art centre, Island Arts. I later ended up working there, running classes and workshops. After that, I and a couple of friends set up our own studio where we ran classes in addition to making our own pots.

In 2002 I moved to the Highlands, near Loch Ness, where I stayed for 7 years.

Then in 2009 I moved to Lowestoft to live with my dad, and have been working here since.
