My Background

I am in my late 30's and live in the north of Scotland. Since I was a little girl, I have always had a love of making things. I have been supporting myself with my love of crafts for over seven years now. I have done a lot of craft fairs in Scotland and currently supply shops in the Scottish Highlands and moray area. I also enjoy giving demonstrations in polymer clay design techniques to various craft groups.

All of my items are handmade. In addition to using polymer clay to make my own unique kind of beads, I incorporate a variety of beads and semi-precious materials to create my finished products.

Shipping Details

BUY £50 OR OVER AND POSTAGE WILL BE FREE!!! i WILL REFUND THE POSTAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN PAYED THORUGH PAYPAL.

Dispatch Time - All purchased items will be dispatched within 2-3 days after PayPal payment has cleared. I wold prefer if payment is made straight away, however I will wait up to 3 working days before I cancel the order and re-list the item. Good comunication is always appreciated. Please contact me if you have any problem in making your payment.

Uk Destinations - Purchased items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Uk 1st class post.

International Destinations - Purchased items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Standard International post.

Please note that there is quite a big jump in a large letter postal charge to a small packet. It can be about £1.50 of a difference if the size is a bit over regardless of the weight. I will try my best to get the best value of post but please keep this in mind.

Refunds/Exchanges
If you wish to return an item please contact me within a week of its arrival. Due to the unique nature of my products, an exact exchange is not always possible. However, I am happy to offer a refund on items that are returned in their original condition.

In the unlikely event that you have to return an item that has arrived in a less than perfect condition, I will also refund you the postal costs incurred in sending it back to me.
