Bee Honey Designs is an online boutique specialising in hand-crafted, customisable homeware, clothing and accessories in carefully chosen, new, vintage and eco-friendly fabrics. I also offer a design-and-make service, in which I will draw up a unique pattern, seek out materials and produce a high quality piece to your specifications.

I work from home to support myself, so whilst I try to keep my prices competitive, please understand that this is not a hobby for me. My home is, however, both pet and smoke free, so no allergy worries! I pride myself on top-notch workmanship and excellent finishing.

Payment
Payment is through PayPal and is due within three days.
If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping
I post all orders within three days of receipt of payment. I will send your items to your Folksy registered address.
Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class post, and overseas by Royal Mail Airmail. I always obtain proof of postage, and am also happy to provide postal insurance at an additional charge. If this is something you'd like, please contact me for details. If you are buying from overseas any additional charges ie. duty, customs charges etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
I very much hope you're happy with your purchase. When selecting your purchases please be aware that whilst you are buying the actual item shown, the colour may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitors. If you do have any concerns or wish to return items, please contact me within seven days of receiving them. Please return any all goods unopened and in their original condition, and I'll organise a full refund.
Please be aware that custom items do not fall under the seven day cancellation policy.
