PAYMENT

Though I accept Paypal, I prefer payment by Bank Transfer, which is quick, secure and free. I also accept Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Please contact me if you wish to use any of these three alternative methods.

International buyers, payment by Paypal only, please.

POST & PACKING

Items will be securely packed and posted throughout the UK via 1st Class mail within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

International shipping by Royal Mail Airmail. Cost shown in listings reflects 'Rest of World' price, so European buyers will be refunded any overpayment.

RETURNS

Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, it may be returned within 7 days - unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition - for a refund. This does not include pattern PDFs, or custom orders of an unusual nature, for obvious reasons.

Please note that all patterns are copyrighted to BaggieAggie and are for buyers' own personal use only. They may not be reproduced, and items made from them may not be sold commercially.
