If you are found to be using any images or copying any jewellery that is designed and made by Aura without permission, legal action will be taken..........Returns and exchanges can be offered in special circumstances, but will not be available on purchases of earrings due to hygiene reasons, rings or custom design orders.......... All customer information will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies etc....................Postage......All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature when your order arrives at your delivery address..........We aim to have your order posted within 2-3 days of your order being placed and received, although at weekends, busy periods during the year and holidays there may be a slight delay, but we will always keep you notified of any changes...........If you require your order by a certain day, please contact Joanna at info@aurajewellery.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs..........All items are sent securely packaged boxed and in bubble wrap.
