I am a 30 year market researcher who has a passion for working with fabric and started making cards last year. On New Year's Eve 2009 I had a fall in the Derbyshire Dales and was rescued by air ambulance, so for this year all card profits will be going to Midlands Air Ambulance in an attempt to help with their ongoing work.
With a broken ankle, I also have PLENTY of time to indulge my crafts and am working on cards every evening as well as my ultimate goal which is to complete a double patchwork quilt. I think this is going to take a bit longer....
I'm really inspired by the Folksy community and very much look forward to getting to know some of you and posting new card designs as and when I am happy with them.
