Aardvark is the brainchild of Lesley and Pea, who love all things English both ancient and modern. Their studio in Hastings Old Town is a creative beehive where they carve lino, collect woodtype and dream of one day owning a Vandercook proofing press.
Past projects have included a tearoom and gallery. They are currently busy with gigantic linocuts, a pop-up shop, more broadsides and singing. Aardvark’s commissions include manifestos for businesses, families and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
