Terms and Conditions!

Payment

At the moment I normally only accept PayPal. Payment must be recieved in full prior to the item being shipped. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and all fees will be returned. After shipping I will accept returns at my discretion and will refund the cost of the item. Postage fees will not be refunded. The buyer is liable for any and all taxes due on the items and any other charges. Customers outside the UK should ensure that it is legal to import wood or plant products, as Wudwerx will not refund the cost of seized items, and the customer assumes liability for any charges, fees or taxes the items may incur.
Shipping

I ship twice a week, currently on a Tuesday and Friday

All UK purchases are sent with a courier. This is a 3-5 day service. If you want faster shipping contact me to check availability and pricing.

European orders are sent with the Royal Mail. Delivery times are 1-2 weeks for mainland Europe. As mentioned above the customer is liable for any taxes, fees, charges or treatments for the product.

USA/Canadian orders of Bee Hotels are sent with USPS from Michigan. Delivery times vary from 2-5 days for the USA, up to 2 or more weeks for Canada. As mentioned above the customer is liable for any taxes, fees, charges and treatments for the product.
USA/Canadian orders of other products are sent Royal Mail from the UK. Delivery times are usually 1-3 weeks and occasionally longer. As mentioned above the customer is liable for any taxes, fees, charges or treatments for the product.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given at Wudwerx discretion. If an item is not delivered after 3 weeks then the cost will be refunded after investigation.
If claiming for damaged items, the claim must be supported by photographic evidence.
