I have been playing with textiles in one form or another since I was a child. My main passion is knitting although spinning is a very close second these days. I am always seduced by colour and texture and will buy yarn simply because of the way it looks or feels, regardless of the tons of "stash" waiting to be knitted up. I hope to be offering handspun yarns and handmade bags in the near future, so keep checking in.

PAYMENT:

Payment must be received within 7 days of initial purchase via paypal (please contact me if you wish to pay via personal cheque). Goods will only be shipped once payment has cleared

POSTAGE + SHIPPING:

I post everything as soon as I can, and will inform you of any unavoidable or unforeseen delays. Postage costs cover first class postage to mainland UK (or other countries where specified), packing and handling.

Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery can be requested for an additional fee.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:

If your item/s are unsatisfactory I am happy to refund or exchange for goods of a similar value. Contact me within 7 days if you want a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping and item/s must be in its original and saleable condition.

If your item/s arrive broken please contact me with photos of the damage to package and item; you will be responsible for return shipping. With some items I may be able to help you without returning the item.

Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
