ABOUT ME:

My name is Zoë Ford and I have been interested in all types of art and craft since I was a child. I have tried my hand at many things, but my main passions these days are painting, doodling, hand drawn typography, collage and photography.

ABOUT MY SHOP:

Top Floor Treasures opened on Folksy as a small business in November 2009 selling fabric goods. Things changed in 2011 when I sought a new direction for my work. I am now a freelance artist. I have received commissions for my doodles from a major international company which have been used to promote their products in Germany and the USA, and have been featured in an indie art magazine.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I welcome custom orders, please don't hesitate to contact me and see what I can do for you. To prevent the disappointing situation where I order in special supplies for your item and then you change your mind, we will discuss all aspects of your order and agree a final price. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required before work on your order begins. You will then pay the final 50% + P&P when the order is complete.

SHOP POLICIES:

As a registered business, I comply with the Distance Selling Regulations and I pride myself on excellent customer service!

PAYMENT:
Payment on Folksy is via Paypal only (which is simple and safe to use and you do not need an account as you can pay by card)
Payment is expected immediately. If payment does not come through within a few hours, I will contact you to see if you still want the item. If I receive no response after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed in my shop. If you still want it, and it is still available, you may try again.

SHIPPING:
Most items are posted out same day if possible - or within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Custom orders may have a longer turnaround time, and you will be advised of this on ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the original cost and initial postage, refunded on my receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be via the Paypal account you used to pay for the item. Return postage is at your own cost and will not be refunded. It is up to you which service you use to return items but I cannot accept responsibility if your returned item gets lost by Royal Mail. If your item was a custom order (i.e. a one-off item made especially for you) then unfortunately I may not be able to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged in the post or unless it is something I will be able to sell to someone else (i.e. no personalisation such as names, dates, ect)
