My mother taught me to knit at the age of 6, which was quiet remarkable as I am right handed and my mother was left handed. I learned to crochet a few years later. Over the years I have made countless items for friends and family. I have also made lots of other items as gifts or donated to good causes.

I now use my talents and I make lots of items in unique colour combinations and designs including non-feather boa's and beaded tea cosies. There is one exception to my unique items and these are capes that I make for weddings, when of course, I may make several identical capes for the bridesmaids.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Payment is through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment using a credit/debit card.

SHIPPING

All purchases are dispatched within 2 working days by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery for purchases up to £40 or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day for purchases over £40. Shipping to International destinations is by Royal Mail Airmail.

Proof of postage is always obtained and customers are advised of dispatch via e-mail. Very occasionally parcels do get lost, please allow 3 weeks for delivery of UK Parcels and 5 weeks for International Parcels. If your parcel does not arrive within this time please contact me to discuss either receiving an alternative item or receiving a full refund including shipping costs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

When selecting your purchases please be aware that whilst you are buying the actual item shown the colour may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitors.
I am sure you will love your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If the problem cannot be resolved a full refund will be given, including postage costs. Items must be returned to me in good condition within 7 days of a refund being given. Failure to return items following a refund is in breach of statutory duty and action will be taken to recover the goods.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

For custom made items, all requirements, including timescale, must be agreed in writing (e-mail) prior to the commencement of work. A 50% deposit must be paid before I commence any work, this will be arranged through Paypal, which gives legal protection to both buyer and seller. All details of the custom order, together with photographs of the finished item will be set out in the custom order listing which will be created for the final 50% payment. If for any reason I find myself unable to meet the timescale agreed I will make contact immediately to discuss options.
