Hello and welcome to my shop, I'm Heather Buckman. I'm a geeky goth who loves to tat, draw, paint and listen to music. I also love gothic art and historical and gothic fiction. 2 years ago I graduated from University and have decided to start this shop for my tatting creations. I hope you will enjoy my items as much as I enjoy making them. Tatting is a form of lace made with knots and it will, therefore, not unravel. It is very durable yet feminine and incredibly lightweight. My creations are inspired by different time periods and all things gothic. All items are hand shuttle tatted by me in a smoke free, pet free home.

PAYMENT:

I accept Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay in this way. Instead of signing in to Paypal you can simply pay on their log in page. You can use either a Credit or a Debit card. I request that you pay for your order within three days of purchase. If, after three days, the order has not been paid for, it will be cancelled. Once I have received the money I shall post your package.

SHIPPING:

**Announcement** Due to the increase in Royal Mail prices, I had had to adjust my postage costs accordingly.

I will endeavor to ship the order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment (excluding Sunday). I will send you an email once it has been dispatched to say it is on it's way. All orders will be posted in a jiffy bag. Delivery time will vary according to where you are.

I use 2 shipping options:

1. ------> 1st Class / Airmail - this does not include insurance and won't need a signature.

UK - 1st Class. Delivery time approximately 1 - 2 days.

All other countries - Airmail. Delivery time approximately 1 - 2 weeks (depending on where you live)

2. ------> 1st Class Recorded / International Signed For - this option includes insurance. It requires a signature.

UK - 1st Class Recorded. Delivery time approximately 1 day.

All other countries - International Signed For. Delivery time approximately 1 week (depending on where you live)

Low price creations:

I use option 1 for my low priced creations.

If you would like to use option 2 then please contact me. I will create a custom listing for you where you can then purchase the item with the extra postage added.

UK (1st Class Recorded) - an extra GB £1.40

All other countries (International Signed For) - an extra GB £3.10

Similarly if you wish to buy a more expensive piece but want to use option 1 then you can contact me and I can create a custom listing with the cheaper option included.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

I do refunds. If you are not happy with your order please email or convo me with your reason and return it in the same condition you received it in as soon as possible. Once I have received it I shall refund you the price of the item. Please note I will not be able to refund you the shipping cost of the original order or the return shipping cost.

If your order is lost in transit I shall organise a replacement once I have confirmed its non delivery.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS:

Each item comes carefuly wrapped in a gift box with care instructions included, just perfect for gift giving.

I accept custom orders - If you see something in my shop but would like it in a different colour or anything else changed, please convo me with your request. I am very happy to tat something up especially for you to your liking.

Colours available at the moment are:
black, red, claret, light blue, pastel blue, lilac, medium purple, dark purple, silver/grey, white and ivory.

All my items are tatted using high quality crochet cotton.

Since each item is handmade by me, your version may be slightly different to the one you see in the photographs.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor.

As far as possible these are my own designs so please do not copy them.
