Jewellery handmade in Stonehaven, Scotland.
Shoogly Beads is a Scottish husband and wife design and artist team based in Stonehaven on the North East coast of Scotland. We design and make polymer clay beads, pendants, buttons and other polymer clay jewellery items. We also use many of our own beads in Pat's exclusive jewellery designs.
We are always astonished at the versatility of polymer clay as an artistic medium and enjoy adding to our repertoire of techniques. Our inspiration comes from areas as diverse as Persian carpets, sea molluscs and our lovely and dramatic sea, sky and landscape.
We are always happy to discuss commissions for beads and jewellery and other items.

Mike who is the polymer clay artist and Pat who designs and makes the jewellery are mature, experienced designers and keen that you should be completely satisfied with any items you purchase. If you are at all unsure about bracelet sizes for instance just send us a message with your query and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
In addition to hand crafted beads and jewellery we also sell our original art, prints, cards, postcards and other arts and crafts items..

What We Use
Our polymer clay beads are made using the finest clays and are finished to a very high standard involving many sanding and final buffing procedures.
Our hand crafted jewellery uses Sterling Silver, Balinese Silver (Sterling if stamped 925), Karen Hilltribe Silver (Purer than Sterling), Swarovski Crystal, Genuine Murano, Top quality art glass, semi precious stones and freshwater pearls sourced from around the world. If other metals are used this will be stated in the item description. When using plated items we source only top quality from well known and respected manufacturers.
All knitted items are to Pat Cruse' exclusive designs. They are not copies or adaptations of other patterns. Wools used are top quality.
We like to have a broad range of prices in our shop and those prices, we hope, fairly represent the cost of materials and the amount of work that has been invested in each piece. We do not charge 'designer' prices.
Our customer feedback record is excellent and we hope you'll take the time to read it.

Postage has recently increased considerably. We will still include gift packaging of tissue paper and organza gift bags.for jewellery items but we are sorry we can no longer provide gift boxes.

Terms and Conditions
If you are at all unhappy with your purchases we will refund your payment on receipt of returned item in original packaging within 7 days.

We are happy to ship to International destinations. We already ship to America, Canada, Ireland, Australasia, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. If postage costs for your location are not listed in the item description please contact us to discuss postage before buying.
