I take pride in the fact that I have incredibly high standards and because of this I take a great deal of time to source high quality materials, ensuring that each piece I create is constructed to the highest standard and I also test and re-test each design before finally deciding that it is complete. All of this means that you can rest assured that anything purchased from my shop is of the highest quality, which is afterall the very least you deserve

Payment on Folksy is currently via Paypal only. Although please bear in mind that even if you do not yet have an account with Paypal you can still take advantage of their secure online payment facility to pay at the checkout with a debit or credit card. Please note that orders will be cancelled and returned to stock if payment is not received within 24 hours. If you would like to reserve any items you wish to purchase at a later date, please contact me as these may be reserved for up to 14 days.

Shipping

Please note that Leanne Woods Designs is carbon aware and therefore no orders will be shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

I guarantee to ship everything within two working days (usually much sooner), by Royal Mail first class post. If you require an order more quickly than this, please contact me at time of purchase. In these circumstances I will ship the item on the same working day (or in the event of orders placed after 4.00pm on the next available working day). Orders may also be shipped guaranteed next day delivery (UK only). Orders sent next day delivery will incur an additional charge which will be confirmed prior to shipment. Please note that all orders will be shipped to the address which is registered with Paypal only. Please ensure that all postage details are correct at the time of purchase. Items intended as gifts may be sent to the recipients address if requested at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders

I am always willing to consider any customer orders. Please feel free to contact me with any ideas you have. The final cost and duration to fill the order will be confirmed in advance.

Returns

All of my items are made to the highest standands, although should you be unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and I will do my very best to rectify any issues. Orders may be returned, in their original packaging and condition within seven days for a full refund.
