My name is Rachel Henderson, I am 28 and I run my own craft business in Edinburgh in Scotland.

I first started to design and sell my work shortly after graduating 6 years ago with a degree in Textile Design. During this time I also worked for Rowan yarns as a Design Consultant and Workshop Tutor. I then went onto author four craft and textile titles introducing a contemporary approach to tradtitional crafts - knitting, crochet, felt making and embroidery.

I now design freelance for magazines, work as an Adult Education Tutor and deliver my own range of creative course at venues across Britain.

I am currently designing and selling a range of fun craft kits and a collection of couture brooch designs under my new label ‘Rachieroo’.
