All jewellery from O V Gillies is designed & crafted by me, Olga Gillies, on the Isle of Arran in Scotland. My own personal interests are reflected in the pieces I make. From floral to urban, by the way of the seaside, with inspiration from the places I've been to, the place where I live, through literature & classical influences, to the discovery of something new. There are many reflections and echoes, often coming together in unique creations. I hope you enjoy wearing & gifting them as much as I have enjoyed creating them.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

As far as possible items are described accurately. However, some slight mistakes might occur from time to time, especially as each item is individually crated by hand & I might not have had sufficient quantity of coffee when I was listing it.

The colour of the item might be slightly different from that shown on your monitor. I try to make as accurate photos of the item as possible - all in daylight, but I'm not a professional photographer, some colours still defeat me from time to time & I live in Scotland where light has a subdued northern quality further darkened by overcast skies and rain on most days. So some items might appear on photos less 'sparkly' and more 'grainy' then they are.

PAYMENT

Is by PayPal.
Items are posted only after payment is received upon placing of order. After completing the Checkout, please remember to proceed to pay for your purchase by clicking PayPal/Payment button.
Orders not paid for will be cancelled.

POSTAGE

Most of the jewellery items you see here are available for dispatch in 1-4 working days excluding weekends and Bank holidays, although some items might take longer, in this instance you will be notified as soon as possible with estimated time for dispatch.

Packages within UK are sent Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm with a tracking number.

Packages to other countries are sent by Airsure / International Signed For service (depending on which one is available for your country) with a tracking number.

Proof of posting is always obtained.

I post to your PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is correct. If you'd like your item posted to a different address, contact me.

You pay only one postage fee. Additional items are posted FREE of charge. Items packed in card board jewellery boxes ready for keeping or gift giving.

Currently live in Arran, Scotland, UK. Please allow sufficient time for delivery to other corners of the Earth.

Orders to USA & Canada take from 5 working days.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Faulty/damaged items will be exchanged. Returns are accepted on unworn items with the exception of pierced ear earrings (for hygiene reasons). Postage costs are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the item for any reason, please contact me first. Items can be returned only in their original (unworn) condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Custom-made items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
