I created Not Just Handbags out of necessity in that my love of crafting was taking over the house! I am married with 2 beautiful girls and live in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. I have always had a love of textiles and sewing and after completing 2 years retraining in Art & Design I decided that now was the time to introduce my designs to the world (well to you good people anyway!).

I post my bags using First Class Recorded Delivery (in the UK) they are wrapped with tissue paper and securely. In the unlikely event that you want to return your bag please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will then refund you, however, the refund will not include postage costs unless the item is found to be faulty. I do ask that the item be returned to me within 14 days.

I am able to ship worldwide, however, in some instances Customs Charges are sometimes payable on items shipped abroad, and are the responsibility of the buyer. So please check. Also, please be aware that any purchases made from my shop are subject to UK Legislation.

If you have a query about any of the items contact me and I will get straight back you. All my items are made in a smoke free, pet free environment. I am very proud of my work and if I am not happy with an item I won't sell it. However, don't just take my word for it, have a look at my feedback!.
