Natasha Morgan Profile
- Just to let you know that many of my hard sculpt jointed dolls are now listed in my other shop -
Well, this is me.
My creative life includes all sorts of different things, and I spend as much time as possible making things. I'm not really happy unless I have something to work on, so normally have a few different things on the go at the same time.
I have many creative loves but it's quite hard to discribe what it is that I make when I'm asked. But my first love is Dolls. The odd and the wierd, altered, sculpted or assemblage.
I can often be found rumaging round the local car boot sales and charity shops looking for the new thing to alter or that perfect little piece to finish something off. One mans junk is anothers treasure is very true in my case, and I hate to see useful things thrown away. I love all things broken, rusty, dirty, damaged, ripped, torn, faded, old, dishevled and generally just unwanted.
There isn't much that can't be given a new use and made into something lovely.

Art is important to me and keeps me sane in a mad world.
Thank you for taking an interest in my profile.
For details on my Terms & Coditions please see my policies below:
If you’re thinking of buying something from me then all the info you need should be below. Of course, if I have missed anything, I'll be glad to answer any questions too. I’m happy to help.
I accept payment through Paypal only please, and ship after payment has been made.
If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as you can, as everything is shipped out quickly, normally within 48hrs.
If no payment is received within 7 days of the order being placed I normally cancel the transaction unless you can drop me a note to explain the delay and we can come to some sort of agreement.
If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.
I always send items out by first class mail, UK Royal Mail service (including international), and get proof of postage for each parcel for my records.
I’m happy to upgrade this to priority postage / courier service on request, with a revised postage price agreed.
Please note that items shipped outside of the UK may take some time to arrive, so please allow the usual time from the UK for your area / country.
Unfortunately, I don’t take responsibility for missing packages, and will be unable to track them unless priority or courier services have been used. I will, of course, do anything I can to help find the parcel if this does occur.
My items are unique and can’t be replaced / remade, but where possible on smaller pieces I will do my best to recreate them.
All postage is priced as individually as possible, according to the weight of the artwork being sent. And I have tried to list the postage costs as accurately as possible.
Any blunders I've made in the price of postage will be refunded through Paypal.
I send all artwork out wrapped in tissue paper with any loose dangly things carefully tied in place with ribbon, and presented in a gift box with a handmade tag. Things are also bubble wrapped and sealed in postage boxes or padded envelopes where appropriate. And I include a copy of the receipt, a name card for the doll or piece, and my contact details.
I am able to ship out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. But always try to leave 24hrs between payment received and posting in case orders need to be cancelled.
If something has arrived damaged I will give a full refund upon receiving the returned item.
I try to photograph all things as fully as possible, and more pictures are available upon request or on my Flickr page or Facebook if you would like to see something in more detail.
If you are not happy with your purchase I will be happy to consider a refund in most circumstances, and am happy to offer an exchange on any work, but must ask that buyers take responsibility for the return shipping, and for the shipping costs to send the replacement.
Every item is made with the greatest care and packaged as and when it is sold. I don't keep any of my work packed ready to ship so that I can thoroughly check each item before I send it, and go through every detail before it is sent to ensure that it as perfect as it leaves me.
Everything is clearly labeled with my name, my website addresses and contact details, included on a piece when there is a back or inside so that it will not show when displayed / used.

Custom Orders:
I am happy to accept any custom orders, but am unable to produce an exact replica of previous work as much of it is made using recycled, found or unwanted broken materials.
However, I am often able to make very similar pieces, and will be more than happy to do so.
All orders will need to be paid for in advance, with a total refund given if you are not happy with the result. Pieces can take up to two months to complete (for larger sizes), and I will send photograph of the finished piece before posting to make sure that you are happy, or to make any small changes that you would prefer.
