NRjewellerydesign pieces are designed and handcrafted by me, Nikki, in my home studio. I design each piece and then make the item from scratch with sheet and wire silver, using a range of techniques. I use sterling silver and I love setting gemstones on my designs to give colour and dimension.

Hallmarks
All my jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking laws. Essentially this means that every item I create weighing over 7.78 grams needs to be posted to the london assay office where it is tested for finesse, and then stamped to confirm the item is sterling silver. This is YOUR guarantee the piece is sterling silver. It is illegal in the UK to sell items over 7.78 grams described as sterling silver without this mark. My item descriptions clearly state which items have been hallmarked. Those items that do not require hallmarking are not hallmarked, but this can be arranged at an additional cost (please note this can take up to two weeks). If you have any questions about hallmarking please do send me a message.

Payment
Please pay at checkout, I will however allow three days for payment. Payment should be made using PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account - you can still use your usual credit/debit card). If you are having difficulties with payment please contact me, otherwise the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
* FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS! * Items will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving full payment (I do try to post the next working day though). If this may take longer I will let you know. Shipping will be via Royal Mail recorded delivery for UK and Channel Islands (2 working days), and by royal mail airmail for all other locations (europe - 3 working days and USA/rest of the world 5/6 working days HOWEVER it can on occasion take up to 2 weeks so please be patient!).

If you would prefer an alternative method of shipping please convo me to discuss.

Customs - I am not responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may occur. I will complete a customs form when one is required and I will mark it as "Other" so please don't ask me to mark it as "Gift" as this is illegal. Sorry.
Returns
Refunds [minus the cost of postage of the item - this is usually in the region of £2 - £9 ($3 - $14) depending on your location and the amount of insurance necessary] will only be given if you contact me within 5 working days of receipt. The item should be returned within seven working days unworn, unused in the original packaging.

Postage costs will only be refunded in the event that the item is faulty or not as described. I recommend the item is returned insured as any items that get lost will not be refunded.
