Hi, my name is Florence and I love making jewellery. Most of the things I sell are one-off items, as I prefer to experiment and improvise rather than simply sticking to the same designs each time. This is great as it means your item will be unique!

However, if you really want something I have sold out of, please let me know and I will do my best to recreate it for you, or at least make something very similar.

I am open to custom orders and requests for specific colour schemes and designs, birthstones, personalised jewellery etc - send me a message detailing what you'd like, and I'll see what I can do!

I am more than happy for you to post photos of my items on Pinterest and similar sites, but please be kind and include a link back to my shop so that I have a chance at selling them! :)

Shipping and returns:

I send my items out within two days of ordering, and I try my best to send them on the day they are ordered whenever possible. I send them via second class post so they should be with you within 3-5 working days.

I am happy to ship internationally - please bear in mind that the shipping will take a bit longer, so if you are buying something as a gift please take this into account and order in advance :)

My items are made with care and attention to detail, and all elastic bracelets are 'strength-tested' to ensure they are fully secure. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return. I will refund you the cost of the item (minus shipping) when I receive it in the post.
