The creative partnership behind Loglike, (Jen & Steve) relocated from London to beautiful, rural North Wales. There they are able to immerse themselves in the business of handmade design; creating unusual gifts, both one-of-a-kind & in small runs. Wildlife, woodgrain & the natural world feature heavily in Loglike subject matter, but always with a fresh twist. Inspired by the timeless traditions of British ‘make do & mend’, Loglike designs frequently use recycled or reclaimed materials. Thought is always given to the designs ease of repair & longevity. All items are handmade in the UK & packaging is compostable or recyclable.

Packing
Your item will be sent extremely safely packaged, in re-used packaging. Let us know if you'd like giftwrapping or a new mailing carton, (maybe for direct-to-the-birthday-boy/girl deliveries). We're happy to help.

Delivery
Normally, your item will be sent within 24 hours, either by 1st class Royal Mail or for overseas shipping, by Royal Mail Airmail. If you'd like to pay a little extra for UK next day delivery please email or ring 0845 478 6344 to arrange. If it won't be convenient to sign on receipt, please contact us prior to purchase. Sorry... due to insurance restrictions we're unable to ship to the USA or Canada, (any orders placed for shipping to these countries may be canceled and refunded). We've listed the international shipping costs based on 'worldwide' airmail. European customers may receive a partial refund of postage costs to their Paypal account. If your shipping address is outside the European Union, taxes and duties may become liable. The buyer is responsible for all such charges. Please do not ask us to do anything illegal, such as write 'present' on the package. Thank-you.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items within 1 calender month of purchase.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please let us know within 5 working days of receipt of goods if there is a problem with any of your items, so we can put things right. Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt, if the item is in good, unused condition. Contact us first to make arrangements. Please ensure the goods are well packed and obtain a 'certificate of postage'... thanks!
