Little Red Robin create jewellery hammered silver,copper and brass oxidised,etched,metal stamped name and word personalised jewellery gifts and keepsakes. We are based in Bristol in the South West of England.

We are two twin sisters creating jewellery and gifts that are unusual rustic and unique. You can recommend our shop to friends and family from your facebook or twitter or google + accounts if you like our designs find us by googling our little red robin name.

POSTAGE,DELIVERY,REFUNDS,CUSTOM ORDERS

We post first class and airmail for international orders within 3 days of your cleared payment. If you require something urgently please feel free to contact our shop to see if we can send out the same day or next day before purchase. Any customs restrictions or import duties are the buyer's responsibility

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but we do offer a full refund for the purchase price on our jewellery or gifts in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied. We ask that the item must be returned to us within seven days of receipt and packaged well. We also recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when posting the item back to us. Please note return postage cost is the responsibility of yourself.

Usually people pay using secure paypal but you can additionally use credit card or debit card if you do not have a paypal account.

We welcome custom orders so if you see something you like but require different length, colour or have a design idea contact us to create a unique piece of jewellery or gift. Please note that custom orders of an unusual nature are non-returnable such as bookmarks or stamped name jewellery unless there is a fault with the item as they would be unsaleable.

Duplicate Sales: Occasionally items are listed in other places and as each one is unique in the unfortunate event that it sells in both at the same time the item will be sent to the person who made payment first. The other seller will be issued a full refund.
