Payment

Konnie Kapow! will only accept payments via paypal.

If the item is not paid for within 3 days, the sale will be canceled unless otherwise agreed upon. Don't be afraid to contact me if you have any specific requirements; I'll always do what I can to be helpful. Don't be shy!

Shipping

Items will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of payment being made. However, please note that for the month of June 2011, due to a temporary and part-time relocation to the Inner Hebrides, Konnie and Mr Kapow are only able to dispatch items once per week on a Friday. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Items will be well packaged however, I will where possible and within reason reuse outer packaging. Konnie Kapow! cares about the environment so if the outer envelope is a wee bit tatty don't worry, the inside won't be!

Refunds and Exchanges

Each card/item is individually made so please allow for slight differences in items where there are more than one. However, photographs give an accurate depiction of the items.

Due to the individual and handmade nature of our cards, we ask that you read the description carefully before you buy. Sizes of cards are stated clearly in item descriptions.

If you're not happy with your item for whatever reason then we are not happy, we will issue refunds on cards purchased provided they are not personalised or a custom design.
