KissCurl is a one woman, one polystyrene head operation. KissCurl makes the hats and Polly Head models them. It works out much better that way!
Working part time on a full time obsession, KissCurl creates hats and headpieces from times that might have been and brings them into the here and now.

SHIPPING :
All items are made freshly to order and as such will ship in around 5 to 10 working days. Your hat or fascinator will be safely and attractively boxed for its journey and shipped via

UK: Royal Mail 1st Class (1 to 2 days)

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Unforseen delays may occasionally affect even the most seasoned traveller. If your package encounters bad weather or local unrest please be aware that delays can occur in transit. For this reason refunds for non-delivery will not be issued until 14 days after the order date.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Listed shipping costs cover Postage & Packaging.

UPGRADED SHIPPING:
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY: Available for an additional £3. Please purchase normally and add a PayPal message that you'd like to upgrade your shipping. I'll then send you an additional invoice.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I'll be sending your purchases to the address you entered during PayPal checkout. Please take a moment to check this is correct and up to date as errors are hard (nay, impossible) to rectify once a package has been mailed.

GIFT SHIPPING:
If you would like an item sent as a gift, please enter the recipient's address during PayPal checkout and include a note to let me know what message you'd like to include. I'll then package your purchase as a gift for you!

RETURNS:
If you don't love it - send it back! Returns are accepted within 14 days, just let me know first and I can advise on packing/postage etc. Return postage is at your expense for a full refund. Unworn condition only.
