Katian Mosaics offers a range of beautiful and original hand made mosaics, including mirrors, coasters, photo frames and candle stands.

I also offer a 'made to order' service, so that you can specify exactly what you're looking for. This enables you to match a mosaic to your existing colour scheme, to add the perfect finishing touch to your room.

Postage and Packing - For UK orders, all postage and packing costs are listed.
Please contact me for P&P costs if you are purchasing from outside of the UK.

Due to my mosaics being very fragile, I take great care when it comes to protecting and packing each mosaic. Each item is wrapped carefully in bubble wrap, polystyrene and then boxed. Packages are always marked 'Fragile', both front and back.

Delivery - Mosaics are sent within 5 working days, once your payment has cleared. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns - In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt. Once your return has been received, I will issue a full refund (excluding P&P charges). Items for return should be sent in the original packaging and by recorded delivery. Katian Mosaics are not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post and do not pay the cost of return postage. Please note that personalised items are non-returnable unless they are flawed (all mosaics are carefully inspected to ensure they are free of flaws before shipment).
