• All orders processed within 1 -2 working days of payment clearing.
• Please make payments within 5 working days of sale.
• Items under £15 combined value are sent using Royal Mail First Class Postage. Proof of despatch always obtained.
• Items over £15 combined value are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Proof of despatch always obtained.
• Any items valued at over £36 combined will be sent using either Recorded Delivery with a higher rate of insurance or by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next day service
• If you would like your items on a specific delivery service like Recorded or Special Delivery, please let me know before paying via PayPal as I would need to send you a revised cost and invoice as these services are charged at a higher rate.
• Postage always charged at higher rate first then subsequent items at 50p per item
• International orders accepted. Please pay via PayPal using UK Sterling and contact me for specific postage costs.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to provide an exchange or refund.

• Full refunds & exchanges may only be issued if items are returned in their original condition, unused with all packaging within 7 days of receipt.
• Postage costs are non refundable.
• Pierced earrings are not eligible for a refund unless faulty for health & hygiene reasons.

• Please return items to me using either Recorded or Special Delivery as Innocence cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing or are damaged when returning. (Please note that Recorded Delivery is only covered as standard for items valued up to £36.
