I'm an artist and writer, living in North Wales, UK. Although we are lucky enough to live amongst beautiful scenery, it is the industrial landscape that has always fascinated me. I was brought up among the dark satanic mills of Manchester, which might have something to do with it.

I graduated from Manchester (a long time ago!) with a BAhons in Graphic Design and worked for various advertising agencies in Glasgow for too many years until coming here to live and becoming a full-time writer and artist.

I live with my lovely partner, Petra, a children's book illustrator.
