At Hollybird Beads you will find my mostly seed beaded creations. I love working with these tiny beads - it's really satisfying to take something so small and work it up to create a mini piece of wearable art.

I love blues and greens and purples so you'll see lots of those colours in my jewellery but I hope to throw in the odd surprise here and there. I also use a lot of Czech fire-polished crystals, Swarovski crystals and pressed glass beads in my work, which I hope give my pieces that extra sparkle.

I hope that you like the work I have on show here and please feel free to contact me if you see something you like but would prefer in perhaps a different colour scheme. I am happy to take on custom orders, including bridal and bridesmaid jewellery, so please contact me and I will do my best to help you.

Please note: The same piece of jewellery may be listed on multiple websites - in the unlikely event that two people purchase the same piece at the same time, the item will go to the buyer who paid for the piece first. I will offer the second buyer the option of a full refund or offer to make a second version of that item for them. I am usually quickly to check my emails, so I hope that this would be a very rare occurance.

PAYMENT

At this time I am only able to accept payment via Paypal. Items should be paid for within 7 days of purchase

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once full payment has been received, items will be dispatched within 3 working days. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your item(s) for any reason, I will advise you of this via email. Items will be posted in padded envelopes in an organza bag, with extra protection if required due to the nature of the piece. I do try and recycle envelopes to post items wherever this is possible.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item you should contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Your item should then be returned to me within 14 days in its original condition for a refund, including the original postage costs. I would recommend that you use a trackable method of delivery, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery when sending return items as I cannot be held responsible for returns which fail to be delivered. .

CARING FOR YOUR BEADWOVEN JEWELLERY

Although all the pieces sold in my shop are beaded to my highest standard, if jewellery is not handled with care, it can be damaged or broken.
Beadwoven jewellery should not be left in direct sunlight, nor should it come into contact with perfumes - the finish of some seed beads can be adversely affected by this. I would also advise that my jewellery should not be worn in the shower/bath etc.
Silver plated and Sterling silver findings may tarnish if exposed to the air for a long period of time. To keep your jewellery sparkling, store pieces in an airtight ziplock bag. Cleaning cloths/solution are widely available should your jewellery become tarnished, although I would advise to use this with caution, taking care not to expose the seed beads to these products since their finish may be adversely affected.
