Shipping

I do my best to fulfil urgent requests but unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive your item(s) by a certain date. I send items using Royal Mail within 7 working days of receiving an order. It usually takes around 5 to 14 days to reach international destinations, and approximately 1 week to reach countries in Europe.

UK packages are sent first class, and international orders are sent as Airmail. If you require another service, such as Airsure tracking or insurance - you should contact me before purchasing so the shipping price can be amended. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes. I pack my small prints and journals in a cellophane bag inside a board-backed envelope. Larger items may be sent in recycled packaging or a sturdy postal tube.

Refunds

I do not refund or exchange my items. I take great care to portray the items in my shop as accurately as possible using photography and descriptions to avoid any possible disappointment or misunderstanding.
