Hi there! I'm Carolynne and I am the designer behind GlitterRT! I have been creating jewellery for about 4 years now and it has become one of my absolute passions. When I find something I love, I put my heart and soul into it, so I do hope that you will enjoy and appreciate my work too!

I also do a Bespoke service, so if you don't see exactly what you want here, then please don't hesitate to drop me a line. I will work closely with you, discovering exactly what you have in mind, so I can then create your dream piece(s)! This of course is the perfect option for Wedding jewellery, which happens to be a speciality of mine!

The majority of my designs are unique, but, if you see something you like on the sold page, then I am more than happy to design something similar for you.

SHIPPING: Items bought and paid for will be shipped out within 2 days of cleared payment. For a bespoke piece, that will differ for each customer, but we will discuss this during the process. For the majority of my work, I offer free UK postage. Some items will be more as they will be rather heavy!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: I sincerely hope that you won't need to exercise this option, because you'll be over the moon with your purchase! However, you may do so as long as you notify me within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and as long as they are returned in original condition, with all original packaging. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please choose your jewellery carefully, as for health & safety reasons, I cannot give refunds for earrings for pierced ears.
