I have been crafting from a very early age.Later I studied Fashion Design and recently I started to enjoy making accessories - handbags, pouches, handmade bags with applied patchwork and beads and there are many more different designs to come.I do like to use a lot of colours as this is the way I see life - colourful and positive.

Custom Orders:

Shipping:
All of the items will be shiped within 24 hours from the purchase. Please let me know if you would like the purchased items to be wrapped as a gift.I will not be responsible for any shipping delays after I send the item.

Refunds and Exchanges
Our products are always sent carefully packaged, however if you find the items to be faulty please let us know of the problem within 7 days of receipt. After the return we will provide a replacement or a full refund via Paypal along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

We are happy to exchange or refund for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify us via Folksy messaging or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage.

Please note that unless there is a defect in the item, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
