Hi and welcome to my Folksy shop!
My name is Claire~Louise and I am the designer maker behind Blue Stripes, based in lovely Cornwall, which provides me with lots of lovely views to inspire my creativity! I work from my lovely dining room with views over my gorgeous garden and surrounding countryside.

I design and create a large range of items,from beautiful bags, comfy cushions and pretty bunting to delightful tea cosies and items for babies! I started off being self taught through experimentation in 2009 and went on to study three City and Guilds in Machine Embroidery, Patchwork and Quilting and Soft Furnishings gaining a Distinction. Each item I design and create is different and either one of a kind or one of a very limited edition, so you are guaranteed a very individual and lovely item. I source my fabrics locally in order to support local Cornish traders and I ensure that they are of the highest quality.

I aim to post any ordered items the next working day if bought from currently made stock.Items which are made to order will be posted upon completion, and I shall communicate fully with you the expected time for finishing your ordered item.

All payments must go through paypal.

Returns are accepted for any damaged items, for which you will receive a refund or replacement.
