I'm Karen, stay-at-home Mum to my two sons aged 9 and 6. As they get older I'm getting a little more time to do my own thing which recently has been rediscovering crafts - mainly knitting, sewing and machine embroidery. My shop name comes from my initials and what I do. KG Crafts or Cagey Crafts becomes CageyCrafts.

Policies

Payment: Folksy currently only accepts payment by Paypal.

Postage: I aim to post non-custom items within two working days of receipt of payment. Postage charges include First Class delivery within the UK. Please contact me if you would prefer a different service.

Returns and Exchanges: All of my items are made to the highest standards and I am confident that you will be delighted with them, but should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If requested I will exchange the item or refund the full purchase price, including postage. Unwanted items should be returned within 7 days of your refund request – at your expense unless the item is not as described. Personalised items and items made directly to your specifications (“custom orders”) will not normally be exchanged or refunded without good reason.
