Hello! My name is Lee May Foster and I am a graduate in BA Hons Fine Art Painting from the University of Brighton in England, UK and I have been running Bonbi Forest since 2005.

All of my screen printed designs and jewellery have their roots in my drawings and paintings which feature many a critter, creature and scape of trees, sea and sky.

I live by the sea in a rural part of deepest darkest Cornwall in the far south-west of England and in my work I like to explore patterns, rhythms and stories, and the connection of people to nature. The wild world shapes us and we shape it. You will see that I like shapes and I like colours.

In the past I have worked with Bat For Lashes, Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip and Urban Outfitters and my jewellery and clothing has been seen in Grazia, Look, Marie Claire and The Independent amongst others.

Here are my terms:
(They are kinda long, but they are just here to let you know how I ship and what to do if you need to exchange the size of a tee after purchase :) )

Payment

I accept all payments through Paypal.

I appreciate prompt payment and your goods will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being received.

Shipping

All items are shipped by me from the UK.

All UK orders will be sent via The Royal mail's Recorded Delivery Service. This service requires a signature on delivery so please take this into account when entering your shipping address. It may be easier to have the items shipped to a work address if there will be no one at home when the post arrives...

International orders will be sent via The Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Please note that this will require a signature on delivery so it may be easier to have your goodies shipped to a work address if you require this service.

I endeavor to get orders out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. I will then email you to confirm to you that your goods have been dispatched.

Refunds and Exchanges

At Bonbi Forest I want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t please let me know!

I am happy to make exchanges on apparel if you need a different size. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange and I will get the right size put aside for you.

If for any reason you need to return an item for a refund please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send me the item back without at first contacting me, or your return may not get processed!

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. I cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged or marked by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or that have been damaged by you after receipt. I will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

**Please note that I am also unable to make refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons**

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and the items are your responsibility until they reach me. I strongly recommend that you send the parcel back using a secure postage method such as the Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. This way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received here. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.
