Welcome to Blue Box Studio. Here you will find a range of jewellery and textiles individually designed and hand made by Sue Harris using the finest materials. Designed to be easy to wear and suitable for any occasion, and affordable.

For those seeking materials for their own projects, I will be selling genuine sea glass from the beautiful coastline around the South West of England.

After many years working with textiles, I started making jewellery in 1995. Initially using gemstones, pearls and textured silver, I later started working with sea glass and pebbles, collected from beaches discovered on my travels. Mainly self taught (and still learning!) I work with the simple beauty of the stones and glass to produce a unique range of jewellery that is both affordable and easy to wear.

My love of textiles remains and I also design and make a range of silk and velvet scarves using Shibori, devoré, screen print, block print and batik techniques.

For those wishing to have a go themselves, I have designed Shibori dyeing kits: everything you need to make your own masterpiece in your microwave, using special dyes and silk scarves; great fun and great presents for yourself or friends. Alongside this I run 1-day introductory workshops introducing Shibori techniques from my garden studio in North Somerset, England. PAYMENT: All items should be paid for within 7 days of purchase, by cheque, money order (UK only & payable to Sue Harris), or Paypal. Items will be despatched on clearance of payment.

DELIVERY: Please note that where payment has been made by Paypal, the item will be shipped to the address given on the Paypal receipt. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address held by Paypal is the correct address. Items returned through non-delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt & return the item within 14 days, unworn/unused & with original packaging. Postage is not refunded EXCEPT where the item is faulty or not as described. For your protection I recommend that you use an insured/trackable method of return.

NON-DELIVERY: Unexpected non-delivery of items should be reported within 28 days, allowing enough time for delivery and for enquiries to be made of Royal Mail and international delivery services.
