Welcome to Bee Bears the home of unique, one of a kind, handmade, collectable teddy bears designed and created by me. A welcome addition to any Hug.

I made my first bear 30 years ago and fell in love with making them.
Each Bee Bear is lovingly crafted using a variety of materials, mohair, hand-dyed silk velvet, mini bear plush fabric, hand printed calico and is filled with toy-grade Super Poly Stuffing rated as follows: B.S. 3400 Dust Content. B.S 5852 (part 2) Flammability, B.S 1425 Cleanliness, EN 71. Each face is hand embroidered and each bears right paw sports my unique hand embroidered bee logo.

My bears are created in a non-smoking, pet free workshop and are made as adult collectibles. They are not toys and are not meant for children under the age of 14.

Custom Orders
I'm happy to create a bear for you if you have something particular in mind. Message me through my profile so we can discuss it.

Packaging
Where possible I recycle packaging for posting. However your Bee Bear will arrive sitting on gold card, wrapped in hand stamped cellophane and tied with gold curling ribbon. Your Bee Bear also comes with a card detailing your bear's name and details.

Payment
Payment is through PayPal and is due within three days.
If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping
I post all orders within three days of receipt of payment. I will send your items to your Folksy registered address.
Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class post, and overseas by Royal Mail Airmail. I always obtain proof of postage, and am also happy to provide postal insurance at an additional charge. If this is something you'd like, please contact me for details. If you are buying from overseas any additional charges ie. duty, customs charges etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
I very much hope you're happy with your purchase. When selecting your purchases please be aware that whilst you are buying the actual item shown, the colour may vary slightly due to variations in computer monitors. If you do have any concerns or wish to return items, please contact me within seven days of receiving them. Please return any all goods unopened and in their original condition, and I'll organise a full refund.
Please be aware that custom items do not fall under the seven day cancellation policy.
