Payment - Within 3 days please. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITH 3 DAYS AND YOU HAVE NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME I WILL ASSUME YOU NO LONGER REQUIRE THE ITEM AND I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER.>

All Folksy payments are via Paypal and initially I would prefer that. If you haven't got a Paypal account - you can still pay for items using a credit or debit card – follow the Paypal instructions on their website.PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I ONLY SEND OUT ITEMS ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.

Shipping

Non commissioned Items will be posted within 3 working days of receiving payment, using 1st Class Delivery within the UK or Airmail for overseas. IF YOU REQUIRE NEXT DAY OR SIGNED FOR DELIVERY I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE EXTRA ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS. If you commission an item from me I will agree a delivery lead time with you - typically 7 days to make/post but often faster!

Please note I will combine postage for multiple purchases, charging the single highest postage charge on the items with subsequent items charged at the lower rate

All items will be tissue wrapped in sealed plastic envelopes.

Refunds and Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: my fabrics are pre-loved and are 30 to 70 years old so some times there is some fading and wear. Please remember Vintage does mean NOT new.

SAFETY - I often embellish items with buttons and jewellery so please be careful with regard to young children. MY STUFFED ANIMALS ARE ORNAMENTS NOT TOYS AND DUE TO THE EMBELLISHMENTS ARE UNSUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL CHILDREN

If you change your mind -
If you change your mind and simply do not want the item , You MUST tell me of your intent to return it within 7 working days and return as soon as possible, ideally in it's original packaging. I will refund purchase price and the original delivery P&P but you will be responsible for return postage and packing.

If its faulty -
Tell me and return it within 60 days of your payment. I will refund purchase price/delivery or exchange it. I will also refund your P&P return cost.

Please get proof of postage for returns, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to me.
