Traceyann Papworth Profile

My name is Traceyann and welcome to my little shop of jewellery delights designed to cherish.

My silver items are created using precious metal clay which is 99.9% fine silver, sterling silver sheet and sterling silver or silver-plated wire. All other components are chosen by myself from reliable sources and are nickel free. All my silver items over 7.78g are hallmarked with Goldsmith's Assay Office London. Items under 7.78g are stamped with a fine quality silver mark and my registered sponsor's mark from Goldsmiths. All my jewellery is made in a non-smoking environment and all non-silver components are nickel free.

Shipping is within three to five working days depending on the complexity of the design, but if you need a customised item urgently please let me know and I will fast track your order.

The easiest way to pay for an item is using Paypal. If you don’t already have a Paypal account it’s easy to set one up. If you don’t want to register with Paypal you can use a credit or debit card on the Paypal site. To do this, just follow the instructions on the screen. I wait until payment is received before shipping.

Your happiness is my top priority and I will gladly issue a 100% refund if requested on receipt of the item. The only exception are earrings which cannot be returned due to hygiene.

Make sure you order the correct size when buying a ring as unfortunately I have to make an additional charge if a ring has to be remade for this reason. Any concerns can normally be sorted out quickly so please contact me if you have any worries about your order as my priority is for you to be happy with your purchase.

Some hints of keeping your jewellery beautiful:
Store your jewellery in a cool and dry place to avoid tarnishing. An airtight container is ideal. Try not to immerse jewellery in water. So take it off before showering or swimming.
Avoid wearing whilst exercising or sleeping - sweat causes tarnishing!
Avoid using perfume or hairspray near your jewellery.
Your jewellery will love the occasional gentle wash in warm water followed by a rub with a silver polishing cloth.

I sell my surplus jewellery supplies at my other Folksy shop: http://www.folksy.com/shops/artisansilvertreasure

If you have any requests or would just like to say hello you can contact me via my Folksy webshop.

Thank you for visiting Artisan Silver!

Best wishes
