This low dish has a hand sculpted coral texture (not stamps). The bowl is made of high fired, unglazed, porcelain which is slightly translucent when fired at this temperature. Vermillion red glass beads have been fused into the craters in a separate firing. The underside of the dish has an interesting bumpy texture. Unfortunately I forgot to sign this piece before firing. The dish is 4 1/2 inches/11.5cm across and 1 inch/2.5cm high.
