<description>I'm an artist and maker living in rural Norfolk in the UK. When I'm not at home I live in a little woolly needlefelted world, where the sheep are technicoloured, bluebirds flit between the trees and all manner of small beasts come and go in the undergrowth!

      <title>Needlefelt Love Bird with Primrose</title>
<description>This little blue Love Bird with a pink heart on his breast has settled amongst primroses. He and the primrose are needlefelted out of pure Merino wool, with a topknot and tail of curly Wendesleydale fleece, and stands about 3"/7.5cm tall.

He would make a beautiful Valentines Day gift or Easter decoration

Needlefelting is a labour intensive dry felting method using a single barbed needle.

      <title>Planet Penny Cotton Club Yarn</title>
<description>I fell in love with some gorgeous yarn unavailable in the UK. It took some detective work to source a supplier and I had to buy rather more yarn than I could possibly use single handedly, which how the Planet Penny Cotton Club came into being on my blog. I have a limited number of packs of one each of 14 50gm balls - 125m in length mercerized cotton yarn in a beautiful rainbow range of colours which I chose from the range.
A Linky on my Planet Penny blog means that ideas and patterns can be shared and more original patterns and links to pattern books will become available in time.

SHIPPING: Please note - In order to keep the shipping cost as low as possible I am not selling multiple packs due to insurance issues for packages valued at over &#163;45.00.

Yarn plus packaging weighs approx 750gms

If you live in a European country not mentioned in the list please contact me for shipping costs, it will probably be the same as France/Germany/Ireland

      <title>Rainbow Mouse Pattern</title>
<description>This is the pattern for the Rainbow Mice as seen on the Planet Penny blog, and featured on the UK Handmade website, Craft Blog UK and Pinterest.

It is seen here using the Planet Penny Cotton Club yarn but is suitable for making in any cotton yarn with an appropriately sized hook. The mice can be used individually as toys if the features are embroidered on safely and an appropriate stuffing is used.

They make unusual lavender 'bags' tucked into drawers or can be made in rainbow shades to make Mouse Wreath to hang on a nursery wall, or to surround a clock.

Please contact me if you would like to know more about the yarn.
The pattern is available as a PDF File which, after payment, will be emailed to you within 24 hours

Patterns are for personal, non commercial use.
They may not be sold in full or in part, and products made using patterns may not be sold.

      <title>Rainbow Mouse Kit</title>
<description>This kit contains enough beautifully smooth mercerised cotton to make 14 adorable crochet mice, each in a different shade, plus the instructions and beads for eyes and noses. Their use can be as imaginative as you like! I have stitched them to a wreath, and decorated a clock.

What will you do with yours?

The mice have proved hugely popular on Pinterest, 'Knit and Crochet Now!' and 'Vogue Knitting' to name just a few.

To make them you will just need a 3mm crochet hook, yarn needle and some toy stuffing.

SAFETY NOTICE: The beads provided should only be used if the mice are for display. Otherwise if they are to be used as playthings the eyes and noses should be embroidered in place.
