They are slip cast in porcelain clay for a few minutes then high fired. The rim of the tea light measures approximately 1.5mm and they weigh 40g. As porcelain is translucent the light from a standard tea light will illuminate the holder . (You will not get this illumination with standard earthenware or stoneware clay). This listing is for one tea light holder, you can order more, just amend the quantity. As with all of my items these have been handmade from start to finish in my studio in Reading. As each item is handmade there might be a slight vairation in the layout of holes to the one in the photo but it will be as near to this as possible. Each piece of ceramic I am selling has been individually handmade by me in my studio.
