Hello and Welcome to Fineboxmaker! My name is Cliff Gidney and I design and make decorative boxes of all sorts especially Watch, Cufflink and Valet Boxes.

Everything here is designed and made by me personally at my small workshop in London, UK.

As well as offering the handmade boxes you see in my shop I also work to commission. I can work with you to produce a very unique and beautiful box to meet your requirements.

Buying from me

Fine handmade boxes for men. Watch boxes, cufflink boxes and valet boxes made from selected hardwood and exotic veneers using traditional and contemporary techniques.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are not happy with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds may then be made up to 30 days from date of purchase on sales worldwide, but is considered on an individual basis.

Buyer pays return shipping and is advised to choose a tracked and insured method of shipping as they bear sole responsibility for the item being returned to me in a good and saleable condition before I will refund.

For personalised custom work, returns will not normally be accepted because by their very nature cannot be resold. This does not necessarily affect a box with chosen options offered as a variation to a standard box. However, initials as an option is considered personalised custom work as it cannot be sold on.
