Quick Brown Fox Brooch

Right now, I'm a bit fox obsessed, so I thought I'd try and alleviate that a bit by making a few foxy brooches using shrink plastic. I can't tell you how much fun it is to put a larger version of your design in the oven and watch it curl and shrink down, down, down!

I'm not sure I've succeeded here in keeping my foxy obsession on the down low, though. If anything, it's grown! I might have to keep one or two of these for myself....

This particular brooch measures approximately 59mm x 54mm and is finished with a light coating of varnish, and a 20mm brooch pin (with safety catch) securely glued to the underside. Each brooch comes mounted on a card and in a stripy paper bag, ready for giving, or just for treating yourself.

Please note, due to the nature and charm of the plastic used, there may be slight variations in the size and colour of each brooch. Some foxes are more red, some more brown. If you have a particular shade in mind, please do not hesitate to message me and I'll do my best to help.

Oh, Deer Brooch

I love a good fairytale, and I can just imagine this little fella coming to comfort Snow White in the the depths of the dark, dangerous forest. Like all the other brooches in my Woodland series, this brooch is made from shrink plastic; I can't tell you how much fun it is to put a larger version of your design in the oven and watch it curl and shrink down, down, down!

This particular brooch measures approximately 83mm x 50mm and is finished with a light coating of varnish, and a 20mm brooch pin (with safety catch) securely glued to the underside. Each brooch comes mounted on a card and in a stripy paper bag, ready for giving, or just for treating yourself.

Please note, due to the nature and charm of the plastic used, there may be slight variations in the size and colour of each brooch. Some deer are darker than the one shown here. If you have a particular shade in mind, please do not hesitate to message me and I'll do my best to help.

NEEDED Limited Edition Screenprint - 3rd Edition

In this third edition of my popular print, I decided to change it up a bit and offer it in a slightly different colour. The background this time is a lovely, eggy, saffrony yellow-orange, which just sings next to the dark, dark grey outline.

A two-colour A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) unmounted and unframed screenprint from my Little Red Riding Hood series. The print is shown here mounted in a standard 50cm x 70cm frame with the inner mount, and therefore visible print size, measuring 39cm x 49cm.

So, if you were a spirited young woman who's Grandma has just gone missing, what would you do? Advertise, obviously.

The text reads:

NEEDED: Woodsman. Reward offered. Contact:

This print will be posted in a strong poster tube. Every print in this 2nd Edition is stamped, numbered, signed and dated and is from a very limited edition of only 5 prints.

Please note, due to the nature and beauty of screenprinting, each print will vary slightly from the photographs shown.

The Enormous Turnip Three-Colour Hand Pulled Screenprint

The Enormous Turnip is a three-colour A2 (42cm x 59.4cm) unmounted and unframed screenprint. The print is shown here mounted in a standard 50cm x 70cm frame with the inner mount, and therefore visible print size, measuring 39cm x 49cm.

This print shows the little mouse from Tolstoy's story as a victorious circus strongman. I've intentionally made the print look old and worn, as if it really might have been printed for a long-forgotten circus act.

This print will be posted in a strong poster tube. Every print is stamped, numbered, signed and dated on the front bottom left corner, and is from an edition of only 20 prints.

Please note, due to the nature and beauty of screenprinting, each print will vary slightly from the photographs shown.
