      <title> Embroidery Kit - (an introduction to Blackwork) </title>
      <description>Blackwork is a counted embroidery technique in which decorative patterns are made up by a series of joined Back stitches on an even weave linen. 
In this stylish Blackwork embroidery kit, you will learn how to transfer the design, embroiderer 4 different Blackwork patterns and shade with 3 different weights of thread to produce a Blackbird design. Clear, illustrated instructions will guide you through this hand embroidery project. The finished design is approximately 14x14cm.

      <title>Metalwork letter brooch kit</title>
      <description>In this kit you can pick your own letter to embroiderer a Metalwork brooch. All the letters are printed onto a piece of grey craft felt. Simply choose your letter and positioned it into the ring frame provided.
There are 3 different stitches worked in silver and antique gold, including 'Couching', 'Cutwork' and 'Chipping', all tradition skills in this beautiful technique.
Clear, illustrated instructions will guide you through this hand embroidery project.
The finished brooch measures approximately 4x4cm.
It's easy and fun to do, and after only a few hours work you've got yourself a stylish brooch great for present giving, or to glam up an old cosy jumper!
All the materials are sourced in the U.K and the kits are hand produced in London.
