About the shop

Working from my small studio and gallery in the Scottish Borders town of Jedburgh I make verdigris copper collages and jewellery, As a child I always loved the television programme Bagpuss, the idea of bringing back to life broken or tatty objects and then selling them in my shop, so when digging my little cottage garden I kept finding these beautiful pieces of broken china and not wanting to throw them away I started using them to make pictures and brooches with scraps of copper and beads, usually with a garden theme running through it.
