Steampunk Industrial Chic Recycled Vintage Watches With Silver Threepences

3 vintage wind-up watches (which had been abandoned because they no longer worked) have been given another chance to be admired as this unusual bracelet. Also featured are two King George V silver Threepenny Pieces dated 1920 and 1936. The bracelet is designed to drape a little over the back of the hand, rather than grip the wrist and measures between 7.5 - 8.5.

I would like to stress that none of the watches work and that because they are all Old Timers there may be scratches and other imperfections to glass and/or cases.

Steampunk Industrial Chic Vintage Watches With Working Quartz Watch Bracelet

Two vintage (now iconic!) Timex watches and a goldtone quartz watch (which had been abandoned because they no longer worked) have been given another chance to be admired as part of this unusual bracelet. I have used pretty heart/flower connectors and 6 recycled zip sliders. The bracelet measures approx 8 "and is designed to drape over the back of the hand, rather than grip the wrist.

I would like to stress that the wind-up watches don't work, but the quartz one does (after some TLC!).

This particular word bracelet measures approx 8" and is designed to have a little bit of drape over the back of the hand, rather than grip the wrist.

Recycled Reclaimed Vintage Map of Norfolk Little Dresses Necklace

I have rescued the 'good bits' from a very very tatty (but beautiful!) vintage map of Norfolk which was discovered whilst clearing a relative's house. This map was produced during the Second World War and I really love the visual effect of the typeset. I have cut 5 little dresses, laminated them and then attached them to some plated textured washers to form the central part of the necklace. A fine silverplated chain has then been added to complete the length of aprox 17". It fastens with a little barrel screw clasp.

Recycled Vintage Watches With Scrabble Tiles and Working Quartz Watch Bracelet

Two vintage wind-up watches (which were discarded because they no longer work) have been given another chance to be admired as part of this Scrabble tile bracelet. A 'Time Co' working quartz watch is the unusually-shaped centrepiece - which although not new keeps good time. One of the wind-up watches has its fantastic mechanism exposed (no glass - very tactile!).

I would like to stress that the wind-up watches do not work - the quartz watch does. Also, because all the watches used in my bracelets are recycled (and some are very Old Timers!) there may be scratches and imperfections here and there (think: laughter lines and age spots!)

Recycled Vintage Watches With Liberty of London Claire Aude Fabric Bracelet

2 vintage silvertone Timex wind-up watches (which had been discarded because they longer worked) have been given another chance to be admired as part of this unusual bracelet. The centrepiece is another recycled watch case (without glass) which has a button covered on one side with Liberty Claire-Aude fabric. The fabric has been given a protective coat, similar to laminating, by using an industrial heat press. Two gorgeous black Scottie Dog buttons finish the design.

I would like to stress that none of the watches work and that because they are all Old Timers there may be slight scratches and other imperfections (think: age spots and 'laughter lines'!)

Steampunk Recycled Vintage Watches With Working Watch Bracelet

Three vintage wind-up watches (two silvertone and one goldtone) which had been abandoned because they no longer worked have been given another chance to be admired as this unusual bracelet - which also features a working blue-faced quartz watch.

One of the watches has its mechanical movement exposed and another has a beautiful case and dial but no hands. The goldtone watch is made by Timex. The quartz watch has a lovely pearly blue clear face and keeps good time.

The bracelet measures approx 7.5 - 8.0
